School Portraits are a chance for local kindergartens and early childhood centres to capture an annual class photo and individual portraits of all their students. I bring my love of natural settings to my school portraits and find beautiful backdrops from within the school environment to capture the students. A morning with me will start with a group photo of students and teachers, followed by individuals and siblings (on request). Parents can access an online, password protected, gallery and order directly from there, meaning no cash or order forms have to be handled by the school - easy! My background as an ECE teacher is such an asset with these sessions as I am quiet, gentle and understanding of any anxiety or scared feelings, taking my time to warm children up to get that genuine smile. I even will follow any children around who find sitting for a portrait challenging, capturing them in play instead. I aim to make photo day as fun, quick and simple as possible.
